Our Sherman office provides kidney and hypertension care for adults across Texoma, including Sherman, Denison, Grayson County, nearby North Texas communities and patients traveling from southern Oklahoma. Dr. Saghir is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine and coordinates care with primary-care clinicians, specialists and dialysis teams.

Care from evaluation through advanced kidney disease

We evaluate and treat chronic and acute kidney disease, diabetic kidney disease, protein in the urine, resistant hypertension, fluid and electrolyte disorders, recurrent kidney stones and inherited kidney conditions. For advanced CKD, care includes dialysis education, access planning and transplant referral when appropriate.
